FAQs

  • We’re going for sophistication with a playful edge. Formal attire with bright, bold colors is the vibe. Sharp suits and chic dresses or jumpsuits that will pair well with the spritz in your hand and the lake at your back.

  • Parking is limited near the venue, so we suggest trying to schedule a car or plan on staying nearby. Please give yourself plenty of time to navigate. If you are driving, there may be limited street parking on Lakeshore Blvd, otherwise here are some parking garages nearby.

Harvey’s/ Hardrock parking lot & garage (approx 10 min walk)

The Chateau at the Village: This is an underground parking garage that can be accessed from Lake Tahoe Blvd or Cedar Ave (approx 10 minutes if exiting from Cedar Ave)

Heavenly Village Public Parking: This is public parking for the village, it is the furthest away but probably the most cost effective. (15 minute walk)

  • We’re keeping things small and intimate, so we’ve had to be super thoughtful with our guest list. Your invitation is addressed to exactly who’s invited—if your plus one is included, you’ll see their name on the envelope. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep it special. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

  • We’ve put a lot of thought into our guest list to make sure it’s meaningful and fits the limited capacity of our venue. At this time, the invitations are specific to those named on them. If someone can’t make it, we’ll truly miss them, but unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate substitutions. We’ve had to make some tough decisions, and we really appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate this process.

  • We’ve carefully curated our guest list to keep the celebration meaningful and to accommodate the limited capacity of our venue. At this time, the invitation is extended to the individuals named on it. While we would love to have everyone, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests, including children. We’ve had to make some tough decisions, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate this process.

  • If you are looking for a way to get around without driving, Uber and Lyft are both active in South Lake, but may not be as available as you are used to. The Casino’s usually have Taxi cabs available and you can always grab a number for one from your hotel front desk.

In years past there have also been scooters readily available and there is a fairly safe trail that goes from the casino corridor to el dorado beach area.

  • We suggest flying in to Reno. While there is limited shuttle service, renting a car would be the easiest. It is about an hour to an hour and a half drive.
